What To Expect

I pride myself in offering a good service to all my customers throughout the whole process from estimate to invoice.

I will always visit the property or premises that requires work to assess what is involved. Visits can take place to accomodate your requirements during the week or at weekends.

You will be provided with estimates that are clear and easy to understand, detailing what will be delivered and also where possible how you can keep costs to a minimum.

If the job is lengthly you will be supplied with a detailed schedule of work, showing what will be completed and when. For shorter jobs the work will be booked in advance, at a convenient time to suit.

You will be kept up-to-date with the progress through the duration of the job. If required, customers can receive a daily update by text or telephone so you know how the job is progressing.

Before invoicing for the work carried out you can submit a 'snag' list to me, to ensure that you will be entirely happy with the end result.
